More home working over recent years has meant more spare rooms, landings and box rooms pressed into service as offices -- spaces that were never designed for a desk and a day's worth of screen time, and that's exactly where a fitted, bespoke approach earns its keep. A lot of the properties we work in around Nottingham -- Victorian villas, converted terraces, older semis -- have plenty of character but very few genuinely square, generously-sized rooms to spare for an office.

• 1. Free consultation: We visit and measure the space, and talk through how you'll use the office day to day.
• 2. Design and written quotation: We agree a design, including layout, storage and finish, and provide a detailed, itemised quotation.
• 3. Workshop build: Your furniture is built to measure in our own workshop, using solid timber.
• 4. Installation: Our own team installs the finished furniture directly into your space.
• 5. Sign-off: We walk the finished installation through with you and confirm the agreed workmanship warranty.

Cost depends on the size of the space and the amount of storage and detailing involved -- a single fitted desk is a different job from a full room fit-out with matching shelving and cabinetry. Every quotation is written and itemised after a free consultation and site survey, and larger fit-outs are staged with a deposit at acceptance and the balance due on completion.
