Step 1) Free Consultation
On this initial meeting we like to listen as you tell us about your ideas and visions of what you would like to achieve in your home. It could be a full bedroom restoration and re-fit with sliding fitted wardrobes, a luxury bespoke kitchen designed and fitted to meet your lifestyle or would you like to create a new bathroom that's designed around your individuality.

Step 2) Site Survey
Here you can talk with us about your design, preference of materials and colour selections. We can also measure up and discuss any remedial building works that may need attending to before any joinery installations take place.

Step 3) Specifications and Quotation
Once all the design aspects, materials, colour choices, specifications and timescales have been finalised we will prepare an overview and a detailed transparent quotation for your approval.

Step 4)  Acceptance, build and Installation
On the acceptance of our quotation and the agreed deposit has been taken, we will work towards building your items in our workshop. If we are building you a new kitchen extension then we will liaise at this stage with all the different trades to make sure everyone arrives at the appropriate times and phases throughout the construction process. Q: What is the difference between a joiner and a carpenter?
A: A joiner is a timed served craftsman that joins wood together, most often in their own workshop or factory environment. Joiners make a variety of different timber products including windows, staircases, doors and all aspects of furniture making. A joiner’s work can and very often involve the use of large machinery like lathes, surface planers, disc and belt sanders, mortisers, circular and rip saw machines. Carpenters are trained and have various skill sets utilising all the small hand tools which can be easily transported to the work sites for installations. Some carpenters specialise in certain aspects of carpentry like first-fix work such as stud work, roof trusses, floating floors, staircases, windows and internal door linings, where others might concentrate on the more delicate second-fix carpentry work, examples would be Internal doors, architraves, skirtings or pre-formed door sets. Q: Why do I need a joiner?

Great work done by these guys saved me loads of money, I thought that I needed a new kitchen but they assured me that one of their kitchen makeovers would do the job.
